Commercial Kitchen Works performs an inspection of all work needed including all refrigerator and freezer gaskets, doors, latches and hinges. They are then measured for accuracy, followed by an estimate of any requested replacements and/or repairs. *All gaskets are customized and manufactured in our facility!
